Announcing Epistolary Aardvark for Offline Access!

I’m happy to announce a new way to get answers to your questions via Aardvark: we call it Aair Mail.

Until now, Aardvark could only be used via instant messenger or email to get answers to your questions within minutes.  Through Aair Mail, you’ll be able to send questions via regular postal mail, just like you’d send a letter to a friend.

Through our ongoing usability tests, we found there was substantial demand for offline access to Aardvark.  Since it’s our goal to have Aardvark available on all communication channels, we feel that mail-in access is an exciting next step.
To use Aair Mail, send a question to:

Attn: Aardvark
Questions Department
c/o Aardvark Team
138 10th Street
San Francisco, CA 94103

In addition to handling standard letter sized envelopes, we are also able to process handwritten questions sent on postcards.  Please print your questions in BLOCK CAPITALS on the non-address portion of any standard-size postcard and end with your name and home address, again in BLOCK CAPITALS.
